A new field season has begun, and the SoilRob team has already successfully completed the first sampling campaigns of the year. We spent several days in the field in Bavaria on the LfL sites, near Göttingen together with the IfZ, and at our two experimental sites in Brandenburg.

The SoilRob team gained significant scientific input from this year's conference of the German Soil Science Society (DBG) under the motto #HealthySoilsClimateProtection, held from September 13-18, 2025 in Tübingen.​

As part of the “2nd International Summer School of Advanced Soil Physics” under the theme “Modeling Water Fluxes in the Soil-Plant System”, Lina Rohlmann was able to learn the fundamentals of soil–plant modeling in September 2025.​

On 2 September 2025, the SoilRob team, together with colleagues from ZALF, took part in the state Harvest Thanksgiving Festival in Altranft (Märkisch-Oderland district).
